Responsibilities:

• * Handle overseas customers' enquiries; follow-up calls; telephone survey; processing relevant reports, etc.
• * Ensure customers' requests, inquiries and complaints are attended and responded in timely manner, as indeed to provide excellent customer service
• * Organize & promote company's activities/products to customers
• * Manage day-to-day telemarketing in search for new sales prospects

Requirements:

• * Minimum SPM, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• * Working experience in call centre/telemarketing would be an added advantage.
• * Computer literate and Internet savvy.
• * Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and service oriented.
• * Pleasant tone of voice and good disposition with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
• * Good command of Chinese, both Written and Spoken (preferably Mandarin & Cantonese). Proficient in English would be an added advantage.
• * 5-days week and able to perform shift duties on a 24 x 7 environment

• Assist in administration of daily departmental operations

Requirements:

• Candidates must at least possess SPM or certificate in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• To undertake system requirement analysis, design and application development
• To introduce and enhance R&D processes, programming procedures and documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/ IT, or its equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 2 to 4 years of working experience in SDLC preferably: MS VC++, Java, ASP, ASP.net, MS SQL RDBMS would be given priority consideration
• Knowledge and understanding of XML and XSLT is an added advantage
• Sound familiarity in Application Development methodology
• Good interpersonal, written and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Network deployment and implementation.
• Provide technical network support.
• PC Hardware/Software troubleshooting.
• Monitor availability and performance of web servers, application servers, content management servers and other middleware servers as required.
• Perform server administration activities, including installation, configuration, upgrade and etc.
• Need to be on 24-hour on-call support.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidate with relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
• Experienced in Windows NT platform and networking (LAN & WAN).
• Candidate must be familiar with Windows 2000/2003 Server Operating System and experienced in Windows 2000/2003 with specific knowledge relevant to its services.
• Strong knowledge in TCP/IP application, system integration and security, such as DHCP, DNS, SMTP and Firewall.
• Databases Administration knowledge particularly MS SQL Server.
• Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server.
• MCSE, MCDBA and CCNA certification will be advantageous.
